What happens next
- I reply, usually within a business day.
- We spend 25–30 minutes on your situation — what the system does today, what goes wrong, and what it costs when it does.
- If I'm a good fit, I follow up with a written scope: the outcome, what's included, what isn't, the schedule, and the price. If I'm not a good fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better where I can.
